Dr Harshika De Lanerolle is a Fellow of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine with close to 20 years of experience across Australian Emergency Departments, including major hospitals in Victoria and telehealth services nationwide. She provides comprehensive emergency care for adult and paediatric patients in high acuity and time critical settings.
She has extensive experience in virtual emergency medicine, delivering structured video and audio assessments across a broad range of acute presentations. Her clinical work includes remote escalation, coordination of retrieval services, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and timely continuity of care.
Dr De Lanerolle is committed to evidence based practice and clear communication, engaging patients in shared decision making to support safe, compassionate, and patient centred care.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys cycling and cooking, and values time with her family.
