How VEMSA works
- Start your telehealth consultation with an emergency-trained clinician.
- Undergo a clinical assessment with the clinician, escalating to a virtual consultation with a FACEM emergency medicine doctor if required, and receive a management plan.
- If needed, you can be urgently referred to another specialist of the relevant field on our VEMSA network or referred to a physical hospital (private or public), with the referral or hospital admission coordinated by your emergency doctor.
- Follow up virtually with your emergency medicine specialist as often as needed until your initial health concern has resolved.
